so tonight i was having diner with the fam, my cousin and his fiancée are out from KC to visit. he, my cousin, and my brother both keep blogs and it turns out to be a great way for the rest of the family to peep into their lives a bit. so why don't you keep a blog for us leena?, my cousin asks. well i guess i'd never thougth of it. plus, i felt like i have so many ways to try and keep in touch with people anyways. but as i dug deep, into the quiet parts of my very noisy soul, i discovered that i really was afraid to have a blog. i'm afraid of boring everyone (or at least dear grams, who will read it nonetheless) to bits and not really having much to say. i mean at least compared to my journalist/author cousin and my witty brother. but i'm bucking up and i'll give this blog thing a try. i'm actually most interested in using it to share and get imput on my photos. we'll see if i can keep it up.
